Quality Policy Statement

The long-term business success of Petrochem Performance Chemicals depends on continuous improvement in the quality of our products and the delivery of services to our customers. Quality means that every employee commits to doing the job right the first time, every time. We demonstrate our commitment to quality by meeting or exceeding customer expectations and by avoiding nonconformities in our daily activities.

Petrochem Performance Chemicals has established a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2012 and API Q2. The same system is designed in complete alignment with Continues Improvement Philosophy.

To make continuous quality improvements, we participate in any audits and periodic assessments the company requires. We also improve quality by addressing customer feedback in a timely and appropriate manner.

The quality system is continuously monitored through:

• Conducting management reviews
• Conducting internal / external quality audits
• Evaluating employee feedback
• Evaluating customer feedback
• Implementing action from our Lessons Learned
• Benchmark our key performance indicators (KPI’s)

This Policy shall be regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing suitability. The commitments listed are in addition to our basic obligation to comply with Mazrui Energy Services standards. We require our employees to make sound environmental, health and safety management an integral part of their job. Management will demonstrate environmental, health and safety leadership and help build a culture across the company where all employees embrace this policy and these guiding principles as their responsibility.

Petrochem Performance Chemicals company provide services and supply of drilling fluids and specialty chemicals to the Energy sector. The management of Petrochem Performance Chemicals is committed to Sustainability and Social Responsibility by managing health, safety and environment (HSE) as an integral part of our business.

Petrochem Performance Chemicals is dedicated to preventing Health, Safety and Environment exposures which could adversely affect the employees, the customers or the local community.

Petrochem Performance Chemicals management is committed to ensuring that all applicable regulatory HSE protection requirements are complied with and that all adequate resources are provided to ensure the Health and Safety of our Employees.

Petrochem Performance Chemicals believe that environmental protection is of equal importance to all other aspects of our operations.

No operation shall be undertaken or continued when there is a hazard recognized to any employee that cannot be either controlled or contained to As Low as Reasonably Practical.

No operations shall be undertaken or continued that could potentially harm the environment, we need to protect our environment through pollution prevention.

No operation shall be undertaken or continued that could potentially harm the employee, damage the equipment

All employees have the authority to cease / Stop any operation which poses an immediate hazard to employee, equipment or environment.

The cooperation, consultation and participation of all employees on all levels including sub-contractors is essential to support and sustain and effective Health and Safety program.
